I was a little worried the flat lens might feel strange, but it's actually perfect for a subtle, modern look. The metal-inset cross cut-outs on the temple tips are a really cool detail you don't see every day.

The beveled metal highlights along the temples catch light in a way that looks way more expensive than what I paid. I've worn these daily for two weeks and the rectangular shape sits nicely without slipping.

The flat 0-base lens sits flush against my face, which is exactly the sleek, modern look I wanted. Only gripe is the beveled metal highlights show fingerprints pretty easily, but the frame itself feels solid and well-built.
