Frequently asked questions
- What items are in the Free Gift Pack?
- The pack contains a custom Valley Beach Towel, a Valley Tote Bag, and a Valley Cap.
- How do I get the Free Gift Pack?
- Purchase any pair of full-price eyewear from Valley Eyewear. The gift pack is added automatically while stock lasts. Add a full-price frame to your cart and the pack will appear at checkout—no code needed.
- How should I use the beach towel?
- The custom Valley Beach Towel works as a standard beach or pool towel. Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low to keep the print vibrant. Avoid fabric softener—it can reduce towel absorbency over time.

- How do I style the cap?
- The Valley Cap is a classic baseball-style cap that pairs with casual outfits. Adjust the snapback closure for a snug fit. Hand wash or spot clean to preserve the shape. The cap is unisex and works for both men and women.
- Can I return or exchange items from the gift pack?
- The Free Gift Pack is a promotional item and is not eligible for return or exchange. If your eyewear order is returned, the gift pack must be returned as well. Keep the pack intact until you are sure you are keeping the eyewear.
